I don't like to take off-the-counter drugs for common illnesses
like colds, headaches or stomach upsets. I have always relied on
natural remedies like honey for stomach upsets or lemon tea for
colds and good old sleep for headaches.
I think that natural remedies are not only safe but also healthy
for the body in the long-term. Though antibiotics and drugs are
highly effective in the short-term, they can take its toll on
the body if taken year after year. After many years of drug

We normally do not think that health is related to economics
other than with regard to the costs of medical care. But there
is another more fundamental way money impacts our wellbeing. If
you could not pay your bills or had to worry about where the
next meal would come from, would you be thinking about health,
or survival? When we are trying to stay alive moment-to-moment
we don't think about food choices, supplements, organic farming,

What if I told you that you could add something to your life
that would decrease your blood pressure and cholesterol,
increase energy, muscle mass, bone density, metabolism,

and digestion? If you knew it would help in preventing certain
diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and depression,

A vast array of after-market insoles has been merchandised
through the years. Most of these consist of a bed of cushioning
foam with only hints of accommodation for foot anatomy. Other

in a quite unnatural device, the shoe.
A new ergonomically designed insole, based upon
"foot-in-the-sand" technology©, has been developed. It is the
result of several years of research ...

Planning on redecorating the bathroom this weekend? or finally
getting round to fitting those new kitchen units? If so, you may
be using Medium Density Fibre Board ' commonly known as 'MDF'.
MDF is cheap and versatile, which has made it a material that
has been embraced by a huge number of people in the DIY epidemic
of the last few years. This hunger was fuelled by programmes
such BBC's Changing Rooms which incorporated MDF into most of
its designs. Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Handy Andy ...
